Had bananas and cream today because I was hungry and I promised myself that I will stop eating junks or rice during evening. I need to lose weight you know~
I decided to add up some slices of apple too. I know you guys will agree, these two are some of the most good fruits to eat that can eat you healthy. Bananas are good because they can help you maintain your energy and like they say, an apple a day can keep a doctor away. We also have grapes and other fruits in our refrigerator that I will be munching on within the next days. Yummy, yay!
