When I was sick with colds, I had to eat and eat a lot for about a week. In result, I gained wait T_T after all the hard work. While on the process, I am learning to love fruits more than chips and other kinds of food.
Fruits are essential to a human body. They provide a bunch of vitamins and they’re yummy! Not so sweet at most times but definitely better than eating your heart out over icecream.
I still love icecream though, haha! But I must say, I feel so much better when I’m eating fruits. My colds went away after eating a lot of oranges, so it really helps!
