It is very important to eat fruits because they can help in making us healthy and fit. Instead of eating junked foods, fast food meals and other unhealthy food, why not eat more fruits for a change – because fruits are for your body.
Image is from blog.jarofjuice.com. When I saw this image, I was like “w” I wish we had as much as fruits at home. We usually just buy apples, oranges and bananas. I really want strawberries but they’re pricey in the grocery. Maybe I’ll just ask Christian to buy me some at our local market where it’s cheaper.
If you don’t really like fruits, maybe you can use a blender and make them as fruit shake. That way, it’ll be easier for you to get all the good stuff for your body – without having to force yourself to eat them:)
I’ll be eating more fruits from now on, that’s a promise!
