As my mom works for a corporation that sells vitamins – I want to know more about the importance of having them in our daily life and how they help.
I have a guy friend who told me about progene and mom who is conscious about her health always makes me drink tons of vitamins! Well, reading further did say that it’s a must to drink your vitamins especially if you work out.
My target however is to only drink those that I really need and I guess for that, I’d need a doctor’s advice. It’s important that I should know more than what others say about medications and supplements – because then I will know how I will live healthy and happy. I’m pretty sure it’s the same with you guys!
